Kitchen and dining room hardwood floor installation. The kitchen floor is about 240SQFT. Plus about 100SQFT area in dining room needs to install hardwood floor. I will buy all materials. Old tiles were already removed. I pay $200 for installation. Must have hardwood flooring installation experience. If you have a very good experience, the installation fee is negotiable.
