I have been unhappy with Honest Engine the last 3X I have been. I have a Snapper mower and disappointed with them. In addition to having to go back multiple times for the same problem, they left my mower out in the rain without a cover while parts were ordered. The mower has never been left out. I am surprised anyone thinks that is ok. I would like to find someone reliable instead. Mower runs good but needs a new blade and the steering cable broke. maybe need to grease fittings. Probably minor stuff for someone experienced. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
