Need foster or boarding for 2 beagles asap

I am in the hospital for couple of weeks and I desperately need someone to foster or board my two (male and female) beagles charlie and dixie...when I got rushed to hospital they were taken to humane society..these are my emotional therapy dogs with documentation...humane society told me that even though I'm in hospital I have only 7 days to get them or they will seize them and adopt them out!! It would literally kill me of broken heart..these babies need me and I need them! I will pay foster or boarding for just no more than couple weeks until I get out of the hospital.they are sweet and beautiful dogs..when I broke my hip from biking accident they taught me to walk again and saved my life!
