FOUND CAT: deceased on 96, wearing a collar

I saw a black & white cat on the Eastbound passenger-side shoulder of 96, near mile marker 2800, just past the Maize Rd on ramp. The cat appeared to be wearing a thick black collar and seemed a bit overweight, so I'm assuming it was a pet and not a stray. Unfortunately, the cat appeared to be deceased. I don't know if it belonged to anyone here, but I thought I'd post in case anyone has been looking for their kitty.
