Who are we: Your Pet Staff, LLC has been providing Pet Care services (pet sitting, dog walks, and mobile grooming), in Ft Worth for the past 26 years. We utilize trucks and trailers to provide our mobile grooming service. This equipment requires daily attention as well as our offices and warehouse that we operate from. Who are you: *You are someone that is willing to do all things related to maintenance. From small chores to projects. *Be self-motivated and looking to do what needs to be done. (There are daily routines to keep up with but there will also be parts of every day you will need to have a plan for what comes next. And I will work with you and train you so you can do this on your own). *You will be a valuable addition to our business which will create more opportunities for you to grow with us. This is not a high-pressure situation but it will require someone to be able to keep up with a lot of stuff. Responsibilities: *Maintenance of equipment, warehouse, office, and grounds *Organizing the warehouse *Repairing equipment(I'll teach you what I know) *Maintaining inventory of supplies and repair parts Skills/Qualifications: *It will be necessary for you to be mechanically inclined and comfortable using tools *Helpful if you know a little bit(or a lot) about automotive engine care, small engine care, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, lawn care, painting, cleaning *Be a good communicator and organized A Few More Details: The schedule is Monday to Friday(maybe an occasional Saturday if there is something that just has to get done). The hours will be in the range of 11 am to 7 pm or 12 pm to 8 pm.(this allows for the groomers to return and the equipment to be taken care of). There are 5 planned-off times throughout the year and an occasional extra day here and there as the grooming schedule allows. The pay starts at $12/hr. for 30-days and then you will be given a $1 raise to $13/hr. At a 90 day review another raise will be a part of the review.
