Vera, American Bulldog, Forever Home?

Everyone say Hi to Vera! She is up for adoption and looking for her forever home. She is a 3 to 5 year old American Bulldog, coming in at a hefty 65 pounds. We are fostering her for pawsco.org for the time being. She LOVES her humans! She is not a fan of other dogs, more on that below. She has had some trauma in the past, but she still loves to be with you, and likes nothing more than to greet you with a HUGE smile when you get home and sit next to you on the couch. She walks well on a leash and is CERTAINLY capable of improving her behavior. She came to us with 'dog aggression' issues and, in the few short weeks we have had her, she has improved her behavior IMMENSELY and learned that she can just ignore other dogs.
