Looking to find other musicians for house share - flexible move-in

I am looking for other musicians who are interested in living in a house with a dedicated music space. I’ve recently secured a year-long lease for a single family house in the Martin Acres neighborhood of Boulder. The finished basement has an extra room, which I’ve designated as the music room. Looking to use this as a shared practice/recording/jam space. Flexible move-in. Ideally, as early as possible. You would be added to the lease, which currently runs through the end of July 2023. A little about me: My name is Matthew, I am 34 years old. I work from home during the week for a math education company. Music is my passion in life. I play drums, piano, and guitar. I tend to gravitate towards jam-band/classic rock, but have a deep appreciation for most types of music. I try to see as much live music as possible; that’s the focus of much of my travel these days. When it comes to life around the house, I prefer to keep things clean and tidy. I do a lot of cooking and eat most meals at home. I value independent time and don’t usually have frequent guests, but also very much appreciate a good hang and great conversation. I have remained careful about Covid exposure; I am vaccinated / boosted and continue to wear a mask in public and during travel.
