Found IPhone with Case - Reply to Identify

I found an IPhone on Market last night around 1:45, I had just realized I was holding it when the commotion started, not sure who's more out of control in this town... Anyway, please just call the phone, it's still on and not sure why you haven't tried that yet, if you're checking here first. If I don't hear from you, I will do some troubleshooting and problem-solving to locate the owner, not sure how to determine the service provider. Thank you!
