Red Brick Property Management Posting We are a large and expanding business in Morgantown looking to expand our maintenance team due to growth. We will be paying 25 dollars per hour and you are paid by job. We are looking for someone that is capable of doing jobs on their own and able to train/guide lower level maintenance people on jobs. We pay by job and there is more than enough work to get to 40 hours per week, most of the time if you are finishing projects on time and efficiently you can get up to 60-80 hours a week in a 40 hour work week.
