Flooring Installer NEEDED

Looking for an experienced Flooring installer with experience in both commercial and residential jobs. I will be picky when selecting applicants. Must always be punctual, reliable, detailed in work, clean, and knows what it takes to get jobs done in a timely fashion. Starting pay is anywhere from 20-28 dollars an hour depending on experience and work ethic. This job has room to grow as our company grows as we grow. My partner and I are looking to venture into large commercial jobs which require bigger crews of guys. Eventually looking for a leader to lead a crew. This promotion would then come with a pay raise.
