We bought a cocker spaniel puppy back in February he's about 8 months old he has not been neutered he's up to date on all shots does need a rabies shot. Just had a puppy cut. We do not have a fenced in yard and are having a hard time housebreaking him. We paid $350 for him. Looking to rehome him to a family with kids and a fenced in yard three homing fee will be $200.
