If you have your sights set on a grounds, tech, or supervisor position – We have it all. Current Available Opportunity: • River Chase – 418 Units located in Florissant: Supervisor & Technician • Paddock Village – 155 Units located in Florissant: Supervisor • Sugar Pines – 280 Units located in Florissant: Technician • Westport Station – 264 Units located in Maryland Heights: Technician • Victorian Village – 210 Units located in St. Louis: Technician • Nantucket Gardens – 176 Units located in St. Louis: Groundskeeper What We Offer: • Industry competitive compensation: $14 - $28/HR depending on role • $500.00 - $1,500 Sign-On Bonus – Paid out, in full upon completion of 90 day probation (depending on role referred) • $500.00 - $1,000 Employee Referral Bonus (for every single referral that meets qualifications) • Quarterly Maintenance Bonus – Up to $2,000 Per Year (based on position and qualifications) • Amazing medical & dental at $30 per month for employees, through Blue Cross • Vision, Life and Disability Insurance • Paid Holidays • Paid Time Off, 1st Year: 80 Hours, 2-4 Years: 120 Hours, 5+ Years: 160 Hours • 20% off rent at any of our owned communities • 401k planning and pre-tax contributions • Paid additional training/school and tuition reimbursement program • Yearly Anniversary Gifts • $70.00 per week when on call for emergencies on top of regular pay • Tool reimbursement program and Power tool battery exchange program • Winter boot reimbursement program • Annual reviews with opportunity for performance based raise up to 5% • Discount programs at partnered companies such as Verizon, Expedia, Office Depot and more What You Need (depending on position): • High school diploma or equivalent • HVAC Certification & EPA License is strongly preferred • Previous multi-family maintenance experience preferred • Some drywall experience including painting and carpentry • Basic knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures • General knowledge of daily maintenance grounds keeping/landscaping “A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
