We look forward to welcoming you into our kitchens to make Dim Sum. Plan on being busy during this class so that we can make soup dumplings, Steamed Pork Buns, and Baked Pineapple Buns. Add in hand-cranked Shao Mai and Potstickers, and we're in for a busy day. This is a workshop style class, so bring an apron if you'd like.
