The Hunter’s Moon is about activating our inner warrior as the darker side of the year begins. Seasonal Energy Maintenance: We will come together for a potent guided forgiveness meditation and tear up energetic contracts to compassionately release binds, cords, vows, and oaths either within how we are relating to life or a particular situation or person. This is for you if: You are ready to make more space for what you want and understand you can release with compassion and full responsibility. You are able to show up in your truth, free from codependence and without asking to be rescued. You are ready to shine your light upon places and spaces within while celebrating a layer of healing for yourself.This is an evening of compassionate release and stepping into greater empowerment.  In consideration of Vitality Therapeutic Massage & Yoga, LLC permitting me to participate in this event, I agree to the following terms and conditions. In this agreement, Vitality Therapeutic Massage & Yoga, LLC includes parties acting on its behalf, including, without limitation, employees, agents, independent contractors, and other organizations or individuals having any relation to the event, plus the heirs, successors, and assigns of any of the above parties.  
I understand that my participation in this event, hosted by Vitality Therapeutic Massage & Yoga, LLC (Vitality Therapeutic Massage & Yoga or “the Company”) is purely voluntary. I acknowledge my responsibility for exercising my own judgment in choosing to participate in this event, and by this consent (“Release”) I knowingly and voluntarily assume the risk of any physical or emotional injury to myself or caused to others by me, including any and all Coronavirus/COVID-19 related issues, during the course of this event.  
General Release: In consideration of my participation in this event, I hereby generally release the Company from any liability whatsoever related to my participation in the event, and I hereby elect to, and do assume the risk, for claims heretofore or hereafter arising, known or unknown, from these releases and my participation in the event.  
I hereby waive, release, and forever discharge, and understand that this Release discharges, any and all claims and causes of action of every kind and nature that I would otherwise have against the Company, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents (“Representatives”), whether acting officially or otherwise, including, without limitation, claims which may otherwise arise from personal injury, illness, death, property damage, or any other liability, and any and all claims for attorneys’ fees and costs. 
I also hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vitality Therapeutic Massage & Yoga, LLC and Linda Caravia of all liability, claims, suits, and damages for any injury to myself and for any injury to others caused by me. 
IT IS MY INTENTION THROUGH THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE TO EXEMPT AND RELIEVE THE COMPANY AND ITS REPRESENTATIVES FROM ALL LIABILITY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR WRONGFUL DEATH CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE.
