Autumn LaBella is a certified Recreation Therapist & certified Tai Chi for Rehabilitation, Tai Chi for Energy, and 5 Element Qigong instructor. This exercise program is held in consideration to various precautions being put in place to optimize the health and safety of all participants. Since 2019, Autumn LaBella has taught restorative sessions in community spaces, sessions tailored for seniors in skilled nursing facilities, and private 1:1 or group sessions virtually or in-person throughout the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia Metropolitan areas. Tai chi is an exercise program that can equip you with therapeutic tools to nourish, calm, strengthen, and balance the mind, body, and spirit. Autumn LaBella's teaching style focuses on mindfulness while exercising breath control and flexibility during meditative movement. Please wear comfortable, athletic clothing/shoes. All you need for class is a towel. Tea and water are provided. By purchasing a ticket for this exercise program, you acknowledge that: you understand the potential risks associated with physical activity such as but not limited to: episodes of transient lightheadedness, fainting, abnormal blood pressure, musculo-skeletal injuries and you assume willfully those risks. you are not experiencing any symptom of illness such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell. you have not been diagnosed with Coronavirus/Covid-19 and are cleared as non contagious by state or local public health authorities.you understand that it is your obligation to inform Autumn LaBella of any unusual pain, discomfort, fatigue, or any other symptoms that you may suffer during and immediately after physical activity.you release Autumn LaBella, RecPlex Studios, and Vital Traditions Acupuncture studio from any liability with respect to damage or injury (including death) that you may but are unlikely to suffer during participation.
