As I've prepared for our last few gatherings celebrating the Summer Solstice, Super Full Moon in Capricorn and the Lionsgate portal, I was focusing a lot on the energy of manifesting and calling in our desires. When it comes to manifesting, there are so many methods and modalities available to us. You've probably seen and/or heard about most of them from various friends, teachers or even just people on social media. But in preparing to hold space and lead our group in those spaces, the Universe kept leading me back to the same thing: The love we have for ourselves is at the root of everything within our lives; every thing that currently exists, no longer exists and will exist in the future. I knew immediately that there was an opportunity to open a space meant to dive deep into self love. Because if there's one thing I know for sure, it's that no matter where you're at on your journey to unconditionally loving yourself, there is always room to dive deeper and expand even further. I feel especially called to create and hold a space with this specific intention for a multitude of reasons. It has been shown so clearly to me that through the types of life experiences I've had comes a brand of self love and confidence so deep that you cannot simply learn. But I feel it is my purpose in this world to at least try to teach this. Through all that I've experienced, all that comes with it and more that we don't have the time to cover today, I've come to realize that without that level of self love I developed, I would be nowhere. I would not have any of the aspects of the incredible, beautiful, magical life I have today. That may sounds dramatic, but it it is 100% true. Nothing in my life today would exist if I had not maintained a certain level of self love and worked tirelessly every single day to build upon it. On August 27th, we'll gather in circle to dig deep into our hearts. To face where we're at on our journeys to unconditionally loving ourselves with honesty, grace, compassion, and safety. We'll meditate and breath together, practice sacred mirror work, circle together in a beautiful Cacao Ceremony and, as always, end the night fully embodied in ecstatic dance. This gathering is not for everyone. But it IS for those of us who are doing our inner work, wanting to start or even just beginning to explore their own healing. So if you're feeling like there is a stirring inside of you, a part of you who knows it's time, even just an inkling, I encourage you to listen and take action. This container is sacred, it is safe, and it is closed. It is the perfect space for you to answer that nudge you're feeling, no matter how big or small it is. And I'd love to share it with you. We will be sitting in circle for a portion of the evening, laying down during our beautiful guided meditation and finally, we'll end the night with ecstatic dance. What To Bring Please bring a yoga mat, blanket or floor cushion. Whatever you prefer to sit on and lay on/with. Please also bring a journal, pen and water or any non-alcoholic beverage you wish to have available to you throughout the night.
