The issue of skin bleaching is just coming into awareness as a racial, social, psychological, and physical health issue of importance to black and brown communities around the world. Dr. Terry Richardson, a recently retired Denver internist and primary care physician who served some of the state’s most diverse populations, will share her insights from her many years of practice. Joining Dr. Richardson is Kenneth Wilson, a career healthcare executive, who will discuss colorism from a historical perspective as well as the impact on men.
