Kickoff will be in the afternoon, and the day will conclude with a rooftop cocktail party hosted poolside by the Ecsell Institute team. If Day 1 is about theory, the rest is about application. Day 2 will be packed with multidisciplinary learning from industry experts in a myriad of formats. Attendees will use our event app to customize their schedules based on their specific coaching needs and challenges. They will also connect with one another during sessions targeted at creativity, mindfulness, problem-solving, and more.  The day will wrap up with a special dinner event hosted by the Ecsell team -- expect to be delighted in unexpected ways by the essence of New Orleans. Day 3 will bring the community together as a whole to focus on brain downloading and understanding next steps. Everything learned is only as good as it's remembered and applied, so we help leaders create a plan for change before attendees depart in the early afternoon.
