About the Class
DASH STRENGTH - 30 minutes of HIIT work on the tread with 15 minutes of kettlebell strength training. The running portion includes speed play and hills, with active recovery periods in the mix. Bursts of high-intensity efforts elevate your heart rate for a more efficient calorie-torching workout and enable you to achieve your running goals more quickly than just logging miles.
About the Experience
Mile High Run Club coaches our running classes available on our Cardio Deck. We have 14 treadmills dedicated to the MHRC experience. Class is in session when you see the lights above the dedicated 14 treads start to change colors. Headphones are worn, like silent disco style, so you can immerse yourself in the music and instruction from the coach.
