Be guided through a powerful meditation designed to empower you to reap the harvest of what you have learned and gained throughout this year. This meditation allows you to acknowledge what you have planted in your own life and what you are choosing to harvest and integrate into the fall and winter months that follow. This will be a celebration just as much as it is a ceremony of your life up to this point where the light of the sun and the depth of night are equal in duration. To follow this meditation you will be bathed in sacred sound designed to align the body, mind, heart, and spirit to the highest frequency possible, again reaping the abundance of the life you have lived, taking with you what serves your highest good and leaving the rest behind. The sacred sound that will bath you will include the drums, native american flute, crystal bowls, and the ancient healing gong. There will also be light refreshment served afterward and you are welcome to bring something to share if you feel so inclined!
