The Yoga Wheel is a unique prop used for deepening your backbends and gaining flexibility in the shoulders, chest, hip flexor and quads.Participants will receive their own Yoga Wheel (small or large) to take home after class. Learn to move deeper in your postures, challenge your balance and open your heart while adding depth to your practice by using a Yoga wheel. FLX Stretch Training Master Trainer, Andrea Metcalf shares a 45-minute workshop incorporating the best ways to use yoga wheel. Yoga Wheels are circular shaped yoga props that help open the front of the body, assist advanced yoga postures, enhance flexibility and roll and massage the spine. It can help alleviate back pain and open the hip flexors and hamstrings. The yoga wheel also provides deep heart opening and supported backbends and can be used for balance poses, both standing and arm balances, while offering modifications along the way. Yoga Wheels can help alleviate back and shoulder pain and align the spine and aids in releasing tension and improving flexibility. It's versatile and accessible for a variety of skill levels and allows for a full front-body stretch.
