BOULDER, CO — Twisted Pine Brewing has temporarily closed for in-person dining and food service until further notice, the brewery's president announced Friday. The brewery will still offer to-go beer for pickup. Bob Baile, president of Twisted Pine, said the decision was made after months of revenue downturn. "We fully expect to reopen as soon as conditions allow," Baile said. "And we're hoping that's sooner than later." The brewery, at 3201 Walnut St. in Boulder, closed Friday. "The most difficult part of the temporary closing is the loss of jobs. We have always been proud of our staff and our ability to provide employment for a number of residents." "We saw so much support from our customers over the last months, but it just was not enough to provide a sustainable business," Baile said. "We want to thank all who came out to enjoy our beer, even in the cold." He said the brewery is looking forward to reopening as soon as possible. In the meantime, Twisted Pine Brewing will be open on Fridays from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. for to-go beer only. >> To support Twisted Pine, you can order beer here, or order gift cards and merchandise here.
