Description

Ticket includes round trip train ride of approximately 1 hour duration and seven miles in length. Guests may board train either at main Museum site (Nelson Crossing) shown on map, or at the Museum's Wabash Depot located in downtown Monticello. In addition to enjoying our train ride, guests are encouraged to visit the exhibit cars located adjacent to the Nelson Crossing depot, and are welcome to explore the Museum grounds and shop complex nearby. Children under 2 ride FREE with paying adult or senior. Tickets may be used on any one train trip on date for which issued. Saturday Saturday trains leave the main Museum site at Nelson Crossing at 11 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 2 p.m., and 3:30 p.m. Saturday trains leave the Wabash Depot in downtown Monticello at 11:30 a.m., 1 p.m., 2:30 p.m., and 4 p.m. Note that there is NO return trip to the Wabash Depot following the 4 p.m. departure. Sunday Sunday trains leave the main Museum site at Nelson Crossing at 12:30 p.m., 2 p.m., and 3:30 p.m. Sunday trains leave the Wabash Depot in downtown Monticello at 1 p.m., 2:30 p.m., and 4 p.m. Note that there is NO return trip to the Wabash Depot following the 4 p.m. departure.
