This event is focused around raising awareness and providing education towards suicide and suicide prevention. This year our theme will focus on suicide in LGBTQ+ youth. The LGBTQ+ community sees the highest rates of suicide and suicide attempts among youth thus it is important for TCC as a child serving agency to draw attention to this issue. The event will consist of a panel discussion with youth, group breakout discussions facilitated by TCC youth group members, a panel discussion with Detroit drag queens, resource tables, and catered food and drink options.
