Learn To Arrange Flowers! Come enjoy a 2-hour class of flower arranging. Heather will walk you through 2 different arrangement styles and provide all the supplies needed. Each participant will take home 2 completed arrangements (1 vase & 1 arrangement using floral foam), a pair of Dramm Clippers, and a pair of gloves. The arrangements will use mainly dahlias but will include greenery, filler, and other flowers. About the Artist: Heather is part of the Swan Island Dahlias family and team and has grown up on the farm her entire life. She will share many hints and tricks to help you enjoy your flower arrangements. She began doing wedding flowers at the age of 13 and continued for many years, before taking on more responsibilities upon the farm. She's had the honor of learning from some of the best florists during festival setups. In the past, you may have enjoyed her floral arranging seminars during festivals. Now, she is ready to give you a chance to have a hands-on flower arranging session with her! Class will be similar to class offered in 2021 Class Fee includes: All Supplies for 2 Arrangements (1 vase & 1 container), Dramm Clippers (Heather’s Favorite), and a pair of Nitrile Gloves. Please bring a box or basket to transport your arrangements in.
