Description

Join Sonya for 90 minutes of complete bliss and relaxation. Beginning with a 29 minute guided meditation and moving into yin yoga poses. Yin yoga is for deep stretching and we will hold these floor poses for 3-5 minutes allowing the stretch to release your ligaments, muscles and fascia. Light refreshments to follow. All levels welcome and props offered for assistance.
