Class 1 (January 3rd): GRINDS - pushing, pulling, squatting, and hinging with a single kettlebell
Class 2 (January 10th): BALLISTIC LIFTS - swings, cleans, snatches, and passing from hand to hand with a single kettlebell
Class 3 (January 17th): FLOWS - piecing the grinds and ballistic lifts together to create fun flows that will be circuited for time
*Every movement is scalable. Whether you’re a beginner with kettlebells or are experienced, we’ll be able to cater each exercise to your specific needs!
