We are all in different stages in our lives, and we all have different ways of connecting back to ourselves. For some it's fitness, others it's breathwork, art, nature, cold exposure, meditation, tai chi, rock climbing, biking, hunting. The list goes on, and we want to celebrate all of these avenues with our community/tribe. We see that we are a part of the ALL, we are all connected through our creativity in this life all the way down to the soil that feeds us and everything in between. ALEX SAENZ - Fitness & Nutrition My name is Alex Saenz, and my art is through Food and Fitness. Through my 13 years of coaching I’ve gone through all the fad training styles as well as all the fad diets that seem to run hand in hand with the fitness industry. The deeper and deeper I went down the rabbit hole the simpler food and fitness became, from mentor to mentor. One methodology to the next, a holistic approach rang true for me and the type of life I wanted to live. My goal, to incorporate the knowledge I’ve gained over the years of being a “forever student” and seeing that every training style has its own great benefits. In hopes of providing a balanced approach to life and training that is sustainable. The same goes for the food prepared through JERF Kitchen (Just Eat Real Food). The simple approach to eating ingredients. Preparing food in an ancestral way and honoring those old wise traditions. Sourcing meats from only regenerative farms and produce from local and organic sources. The mission behind this food is to simply feed you TRUTH. We believe that we are not only what we eat, we are also what our food eats. We wish to feed our community food that will nourish and vitalize them. We believe in our food being our medicine and our medicine food. We support these regenerative farms because we vote with our dollar to help restore the soil that gives life. BRITTANY CHURCHILL - Meditation & Spiritual Guide Brittany Churchill is an author, speaker, spiritual guide and soul interwork mentor focusing on transpersonal and intrapersonal communication and embodiment. She works with energy and frequencies to help people find balance and inner peace. She discerns the interweavings of emotional overwhelm and guides clients back to their own inner intelligence for powerful healing through deep Theta guided meditations. She is an agent of bio harmonic embodiment and lifestyle. She cultivates and teaches how to tap into body/mind/soul intuitive flow, to create supportive environments for conscious living, and to curate high vibrational relationships. In 2019, Brittany released her book called "Tap In Not Out: How overwhelmed moms can reclaim peace, cultivate a better life and thrive." Since launching her book, she has developed what she calls the TAP IN Method where she guides women through their inner blueprint to ignite a more fulfilling life. This is a self healing method that naturally sheds unconscious beliefs and empowers people to cultivate a life fully aligned to who they are. Andrea Steimle - Yoga Instructor Andrea is a registered 300-hour yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance. Her classes offer an upbeat, yet grounded, environment that promotes confidence - as well as challenges, for all levels of yogis. Through her yoga journey, Andrea has become passionate in developing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and she enjoys sharing this knowledge with like-minded individuals. As a result, Andrea is an ambassador of the yogic lifestyle, and she encourages students to develop a strong understanding of the immense benefits of establishing a yoga practice, both on and off the mat. During her free time, you will find Andrea exploring new and fun places in Austin, practicing yoga, actively volunteering in her local community and school district, and spending quality time with family and friends.
