Taught by Lamaze-trained childbirth educator, birth doula, and mother of 5, Lexi Zuo, our classes promise to be exciting, encouraging, and evidence-based! EXCITING: Childbirth class should be exciting!! No boring lengthy lectures here… we will have LOTS of fun! We’ll play games, do projects, and even have a mock debate! This class is all about getting YOU involved in your own learning process so that you’ll actually remember the facts when it matters most! ENCOURAGING: Planning an unmedicated home birth? Awesome! Super excited about that hospital epidural? We feel you! Needing a planned c-section? Love it! Want to breastfeed from the start? We’ve got you! Hoping to exclusively pump or formula feed? We fully support that too! This class is 100% about you and your needs! Our goal is to provide the tools and information YOU need to feel encouraged as you step into parenthood! EVIDENCE-BASED: No anecdotal advice here… we believe in giving you the facts and latest research surrounding all your most important pregnancy and birth-related questions! All facts. All science. No bias! Each class is $250 per couple. Registration includes a catered lunch, goody bag, & surprise guest speaker!
