Then this might be the yoga class for you! While I offer drop-in classes, we are a membership-driven movement. Come as you are for a specific series or unlimited yoga with Shine Light Therapy and Yoga, which meets at Truth in Love Counseling, 120 E. Scarritt. St. Suite A Springfield. (Always enter by the back door!) Trauma-sensitive classes every Thursday at 5:30 p.m. Classes with (therapeutic) touch every Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. Buy a pass for unlimited classes in the series that ends Nov. 30 for just $99. Contact me to pay a prorated fee if you are coming in after the start date!
