Every 3rd Saturday of the month, 4:30am to 7:30am.
This journey will include breath work synchronized with a series of vigorous repetitive movements. These vigorous movements with breath will support the ability to sit and meditate for a long duration of time. The practice will be concluded and marinated into the body’s array of systems while lying on the back, with a soundscape relaxation session of Gong Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation/visualization seasoned with sounds of a pair of 32” gongs.
Meditation benefits are exponentially amplified when done in a group setting.
The techniques of Kundalini Yoga strengthens the body, stabilizes the nervous system, enhances the immune system, increases the ability to handle life stresses, elevates one’s mood amongst other lovely benefits.
