Before I was a Maitre Chocolatier, I was a Certified Specialist of Wine representing some of the finest luxury brands in the world. I loved my portfolio...what wine geek wouldn't love getting to expose and educate people on the rich history and beauty of these prestigious champagne houses. I am so excited to welcome my former colleague Nic Yukish who represents the Moet Hennessy portfolio for South Carolina. He will be leading us through a tasting of Etoile, Moet & Chandon Imperial Brut, Ruinart Rose, Krug (yep, you read that right I'm opening a bottle of it), and Clicquot Demi-Sec. I'll grab some fried chicken from OJ's Diner, because it's the best, and I'll make some yummies to go along with your tasting experience.
