Looking for few experienced handymen to help with repair of rental properties. I have all type of projects going on and can use help with framing, drywall install, painting, tree trimming, landscaping, labor, etc Please give me an idea of your rate and experience for example do you have roofing, plumping, electric, HVAC, etc.. Please provide name, phone number and your hourly rate. This can be part time or full time. Will guarantee work year around, winter is our busiest month. I have lots or projects because I provide reasonable estimates and looking for someone to do the same.
