We are an established east valley pool company looking for a part time or full time cleaning technician! We offer w2 or 1099. This is a great opportunity for someone who is independent, and has mechanical aptitude. No experience necessary, we are willing to train the right applicant! If training is required, pay is $16 an hour during training. After training pay is $10 a pool (w2) or $13 a pool (1099). Experienced techs will start at $11 per pool (w2) or $14 a pool (1099). Our routes are tight, and most techs complete 3-4 pools per hour with proper service. Chance to make additional pay with small repairs and additional cleaning services! Some other perks: 4 weeks PTO over the off-season. We believe in work life balance. This also means no weekends. We do offer Saturday work from time to time at 1.5x pay. Christmas Performance Bonus Company Parties $1000 signing bonus Job Details: Servicing 10-20 pools per day -Cleaning the pool -Chemical balancing -Notating issues with equipment Basic repairs on pool equipment If w2, you must have a clean driving record. Must be able to lift 50lbs, and must have a working cell phone with internet. It can be a very rewarding job! The summer can be tough, but if you get out when the sun comes up, you can avoid the inferno.
