Found about 2 years ago, a chihuahua mix roaming again and again around our building in youngtown az. My roommate and I fostered the dog and took good care of it. The reason why we kept this dog is because the rumor was, ( the dog belonged to someone in youngtown that left their houses ). My roommate is not in good health at this time and I do have 2 other dogs I take care of. I love this dog but it is getting a bit much to take care of 3 dogs due to the circumstances.
