I need a dog trainer!

My dog just turned 1 and she still isn't housebroken. Plus she chews up expensive things (3 pairs of slippers in 8 months!, power cords, furniture pads, etc.). She also has severe separation anxiety and will continuously jump on me for a couple minutes whenever I get home from a chore. Doesn't know what "No," or "Stop," means, and is very aggressive my my smaller dogs. I'm about ready to give her away or bring to the pound as I cannot deal with this anymore. She has destroyed my house, my stuff, and the backyard furniture! I've tried many different ways to discipline her, but she just doesn't get it. So giving her one more chance by seeing if some training would help. I'm a disabled senior so don't have much I can spend for this with prices going up the way they have so don't know if I can afford training, or even if it would help. If you're a trainer, or have a suggestion about how to stop her from doing all this, please get back to me quickly. I don't want to give her up, but I can't have her like this any longer. Thanks.
