Kobe needs a home

This is Kobe a great family dog he is three years 9 months old. He loves to play, and this is where I am feeling because of my job :( Toby is a male and he has been neutered has had his shots. But as of the last 6 months I have been too busy to give Kobe the attention he deserves and he spends most of his time alone I don't even have time to take him for walks anymore :( As much as I hate to give Kobe up I think it's best for him. I just want Kobe to be loved and have attention placed upon him.... I've noticed he's been chewing around his tail and I give him the flea bath and things like that but doing my research they said it's because he's depressed. Kobe loves going on walks in Kobe loves water. He is a beagle mix and no he does not howl, I am not asking for anything I'm not selling Kobe I am just wanting to give Kobe a home where he will get the love and affection that he deserves.
