Move condensor to 2nd floor

I have an A/C condenser I need moved to the 2nd floor roof of an apartment building. There's a 21' vertical height from ground to landing if you're thinking of a ladder lift (obviously you need a bigger ladder to reach the landing) There's also a 2 story fire escape that could be used to manually lift the unit, but the unit is too wide to go up the stairs. You would have to lift it above the hand rails, so it would be incredibly awkward. My best guess is that the unit weights 155 lbs. The box is about 36" x 36". $125 offered and I'd like to have it done today or tomorrow. I have a 24' shingle hoist if that helps, but I'm not sure it will help!!! Send text.Mark
