Property Management Company looking for a part-time Maintenance Technician or Handyman. We oversee 150+ scatter site rental units in Harford County and Baltimore County. Pay system can be by job or by hour, up for discussion, variable by quality, speed and reliability. Required: -Have relevant tools and reliable transportation -Able to pass a background review -2 years of minimum experience working in maintenance or handyman or experience in the trades. Common property tasks are basic residential plumbing, electrical, and hvac maintenance and troubleshooting. Specialized or complex tasks would be referred to relevant professionals for follow-up work. If it goes well we have additional ongoing work and growth opportunities. Additional opportunities exists with the company in projects and operations management. Compensation is $20-$30/hr plus mileage reimbursement ($.625/mile). Expected hours of work is 16-25hrs wk; work days can be flexible via pre-scheduling with staff.
