PLEASE READ THIS AD CAREFULLY BEFORE RESPONDING! Our marketing agency is seeking ONE go-getter and seasoned brand ambassador for a kombucha sampling event in Beaverton: Beaverton Fred Meyer Green Days 11425 SW Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy, Beaverton, OR 97005 9/10/2022 11AM-2PM (actual event) 9AM-10.30AM (set-up) 2PM (tear-down) This is a recycling event held at the parking lot of Fred Meyer and vendors will be setting up between 9AM-10.30AM. Tear-down will start at 2PM. Total Pay: $300. Requirements: (1) You must be ok working independently and not be shy about getting event attendees to sample the kombucha. (2) You must be able to do set-up and tear-down of a 10x10 tent. The tent will be with the event organizers on site and be ready for pick-up after you have checked in with them. (3) You must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and stand for a 3-hour event. (4) You must be able to supply an ice cooler which can hold 41 cans of kombucha. If you don't have a cooler, we can make arrangements to have one supplied to you at the event. Please let us know in your response if you have your own ice cooler. (5) You must purchase 500 (1-oz or 2-oz) plain, unbranded sampling cups prior to the event. We will reimburse you with receipts. (6) You must pick up some bags of ice prior to the event for the cooler to keep the kombucha cold. We will reimburse you with receipts. (7) You must have a car with enough space to transport the cooler, 41 cans of the kombucha, coupons and swag, in case the organizers need to move you to another spot on the day of the event. We're looking for RELIABLE, PROFESSIONAL and OUTGOING people who can FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS (INCLUDING THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THIS AD) to add to our roster of BAs as we have more events coming up throughout the year. You must be able to use a smartphone and be tech-savvy enough to submit online after-event reports (the platform we use is similar to Google Forms). If this is you, please respond to this ad.
