About the presenter:
Kelley Nedbalek is an LCSW and Endorsed in Infant Mental Health as a Clinical Mentor. Kelley has been practicing in the field for 32 years with an emphasis on working with parents and young children. She has been with CCFI for the majority of those 32 years and is now a therapist working with children and families with complex trauma. Kelley has been trained and certified in CPP and Circle of Security. Kelley has received many training hours in infant mental health and reflective practice, play therapy, Theraplay, TBRI and ARC.
Goals:
Improve understanding of professional dynamics through a reflective and ethical lens.

Describe use of reflective practice to enhance supervision.
Identify and explore development of professional goals and needed training for best practice.
Identify and process reflective practice goals for your service areas.
