Our journey to the Rhône wouldn't be complete without a deep dive on the stars of the region - Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre... maybe some Cinsault and Counoise... and probably some more Grenache.
The Rhône region is a beautiful entrenched-in-wine-history place, and we're excited to talk about it with you.
Join us September 22nd, at 6:30, to talk about and taste gobs of Rhône red wine. We will be pulling most of the bottles from Rob Griffin's personal stash, as the Rhône is a region near and dear to him (you don't make a name a wine 'Côtes du Rôb' without being somewhat of a fan).
Tickets are $45 for wine club members, and $50 for non-club members. If you're part of the club, please email [email protected] for your discounted tickets.
You'll taste 6 Rhône reds, some from France and maybe a couple domestics to show you what Washington can do with Rhônes :) Tickets come with bread and butter for palate cleansing - and you'll have the opportunity to pre-order food to delight upon during class.
We hope you'll join us!
