Description

This class will be a combination of shadow boxing, core workouts, and functional training! The participants will be working in groups with each of our trainers and practicing boxing techniques and combos, along with explosive exercises such as; planks, lunges, overhead squat, jumping jacks, etc. in intervals of 20,30,60 seconds. This will break out a good sweat and get your heart rate up! A perfect way to practice self defense and get your reflexes moving. PARKING: Best place to park is near the food court, store is located near Macy's Children and Home department across from Zara and Saks. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to claim your space and fill out an event waiver. NOTE:Boxing gloves and wraps may be available at first come first serve but you are more than welcome to bring your own as well. (GLOVES ARE NOT REQUIRED FOR THIS CLASS) and also please bring a water bottle and good energy (:
