Art in August Day 4 - Felt Foods! Join Kim for a hand stitching class! To make these adorable stuffed YUM's, we will learn some basic beginner stitches, as well as stitching on bead "sprinkles" (great for improving those fine motor skills)!, and how to knot / finish a stitch. Then we will stuff, and close off. Each participant will be able to choose between a cupcake, or a donut. This is a great parent/child class, or siblings, besties, etc. However, that does not mean you or your child can't come solo! Although this is listed as ages 6+, children 9 and under may need sibling/parental assistance. This is an OUTDOOR class, but will be moved INDOORS if weather is bad. Face masks optional. All Art in August classes are built for children 6+. The particular activity for the day may not take 2 hours. There will be mindful coloring books and / or other art activities available at end of class for those who lose interest or finish early.
