She is determined, and unafraid to pursue big dreams.
By the time she was 21, Katie had worked in the House of Representatives, the US Senate, the White House, and the House of Commons in the British Parliament. She learned at a young age the power of connecting with others through networking, and believes networking is the single most important skill for entrepreneurs and businesswomen to master. She says it betters your life personally and professionally.
After ten years of working in politics, Katie transitioned to sales then real estate. As a sales director, Katie trained hundreds of women how to work with all personality types, how to build genuine connections, and to close the sale.
Now Katie is co-owner of the Dream Weaver Team, a real estate team with Samson Properties. She is a mom of three, founder of the Winchester Chapter of Polka Dot Powerhouse, a board member for the Shenandoah Arts Council, a member of the Kiwanis Club of Old Town, is obsessed with all things Winchester, and was crowned Mrs. Winchester 2018.
