Who do you turn to when you have questions about your hearing aid?  What if your ENT retires?  Feeling isolated when you go to the doctor for treatment?    How do you manage in a noisy crowded restaurant?  Should you replace your device?   Who do you share these questions and answers with? Members - HLAA AlbanyIt’s here for you, but possibly not forever.  As they say: “Many hands make light work!” Let’s get together and create a new and different HLAA Albany - in person, or on zoom, outdoors or indoors.  Let’s revitalize and restore it!We need volunteers to help out once a week  - or - once a month, - or - once a quarter for one or more of the following roles: Serve on the Steering committeeCreate an HLAA planSocial Chairman for picnics, potlucks, meetings at diners, walks….Event Manager for programs at local meeting placesAdvertising Manager - to publicize our eventsSocial Media ManagerNewsletter EditorWeb Page CoordinatorSurvey & Evaluation CoordinatorProfessional Associate ManagerBookkeeper/TreasurerWelcome CommitteeMembership DirectorZoom ManagerSupport Group ManagerTechnical AdviserAdvocacy DirectorWhat would you like to do - and what do you think HLAA Albany should do?  Let's get together and work it out!   On Thursday, September 8th at 6:00 pm, we'll meet at the Meeting Room in the Delaware Brnch of the Albany Public Library, 331 Delaware Avenue in Albany.  We hope to have pizza, beverages, and discussion.  Please come if you can help!
