In collaboration with PawPaw House, this will be a donation based portrait fundraiser for the Midwest Access Coalition which is a practical abortion fund to help indivduals travleing to, from and within the Midwest access a safe abortion by assisting with costs like travel, lodging, childcare etc. With the recent ban in Indiana that goes into effect on 9/15, this seemed like the best option to send donations to at this time. More info is on their website: https://www.midwestaccesscoalition.org Due to space, I can only accommodate up to 2 people on the main navy backdrop. Each person can also choose either yellow or almond for their second backdrop choice. It will be donation based with a minimum of a $25 donation. 100% of the proceeds will be donated. Minimum $25 donation, 10min session, and 5 images via digial downlaod. Sign up is required. Any questions, please email [email protected] Terms + Conditiions COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions, or for missed images due to details not revealed to Photographer. If Client and/or key individuals fail to appear to a scheduled portrait session, the donation is non-refundable. If Clients fail to appear to the portrait event at scheduled time, it can not be rescheduled on a different date. . If Yaro Photography cannot perform this Agreement due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to photographer’s illness, then the photographer shall schedule a reshoot at another time. Agreement.Copyrights: Yaro Photography maintains the copyrights of all images and hereby issues the client unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the purchased photographs. At no point will any raw photos be released to the client. Yaro Photography retains full creative control over all images produced during session. The client shall in no way alter, change or otherwise manipulate an image given them by Yaro Photography. These images are the very best work Yaro Photography has to offer and are fully edited with the highest standard of quality. This means photos will be adjusted for light, color and crop. Client understands that they may not alter the images in anyway as this is a copyright infringement. This is including with the use of social media filters. Client understands that no image is guaranteed. Appropriate Conduct/ Safe Working Environment: The Client(s) agree to undertake best efforts to ensure the Photographer, Stylist, and assistants are treated with respect and dignity and that they are provided with a safe working environment. Should an issue arise, the Photographer will make reasonable effort to handle the matter. If the situation is not remedied in a reasonable amount of time, the Photographer retains the right to cancel the remainder of the event. Safe working environment issues include, but are not limited to, any instances of sexual harassment, violence, threats, or other similar behavior that would lead a reasonable person to feel un safe in such an environment. In the event of such cancellation, the Client(s) will not be entitled to any refund. MODEL RELEASE: Client grants to Photographer and her legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of Client, Client’s child or children, or in which Client may be included for editorial, trade, advertising and other purposes, and in any other manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. Client hereby releases Photographer and her legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.
