A seven day series of guided meditations to calm your mind, increase your self-love, and improve your focus. These meditations are powerful, yet accessible. They will help you create a consistent practice so that you can experience the full benefits of meditation for yourself. We call this a "challenge" in order to increase your dedication to your practice! :) It doesn’t matter if you’re new to meditation or a seasoned pro, you’ll find these guided meditation will help you stay focused, happy, and healthy. They’re also designed to help you create a consistent routine, as most people find it helpful to participate in guided meditations, especially when they are first starting to practice. Each day Bhante will bring you a life theme for the 30 minute meditation. ***THIS IS A ONE TIME PAYMENT OF $40 FOR ALL 7 DAYS*** Dates: 9/12, 9/13, 9/14, 9/15, 9/16, 9/17, and 9/18* from 8:30PM to 9:00PM CST. *On Sunday, September 18, we will have a 30 minute meditation, and 30 minute reflection and conversation - from 8-9PM central time. Last day to register is September 12th at 7:30PM. Zoom link, meeting ID and passcode will not change. ZOOM LINK WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU ONE HOUR PRIOR ON 9/12!
