Description

In this comforting class, instructor Julie Parisi will take us into the autumn season by leading a hands-on demonstration through 3 Italian soup recipes including Tortellini in Brodo, Italian Wedding Soup, and Ribollita. Students will make the tortellini by hand and form the meatballs for the recipes. Cooking equipment and ingredients will be supplied and students will be able to take their creations home in containers to enjoy. This will be held in the Culinary Kitchen, within the NewBo City Market. All ticket holders receive a coupon for NewBo Beer & Wine.
