Join us for a culinary cooking and dining class. Participants will learn to cook and enjoy a vegetarian five-course meal alongside Chef Margaret Riesen using locally farmed ingredients.
The dishes include:
• Cauliflower Salmorejo
• Toasted Crostini, Catalan style
• Spanish style Paella, with vegan “meat”
• Roasted Pepper and Tomato Salad
A long-time vegetarian, Chef Margaret Riesen was raised in Switzerland among people who grew most of their own food. Meat was not often on the menu, and her preference for plant-based meals began early in life. As the owner of a plant-based catering business, Riesen loves demonstrating that healthy meals do not have to be boring, and that healthy meals in fact can be delicious!
